In addition, Villa Kamen is equipped with three bathrooms, two of which are ensuite, and has a separate toilet. Other facilities offered for use include a washing machine, a dryer and an iron. The fully air-conditioned Villa Kamen has a covered outdoor terrace with a barbecue, made of stone as well as the villa itself, and a dining table. Next to it is a 40 m² swimming pool with 6 sun loungers for complete relaxation and enjoying the summer sun. In the courtyard of Villa Kamen there are three private parking spaces and one outside.
