The modern and luxurious Villa Olea is located in Petrčane, a small place near Zadar. Villa Olea, with its 150 m2, is in the immediate vicinity of the sea so you will be able to enjoy all the benefits of your holiday. Take your friends as well, as it offers accommodation for 6 guests.



Prepare for yourself a light Mediterranean dish in the fully-equipped kitchen on the ground floor of the house, which also consist of a dining room, living room and toilet.



On the second floor you can choose between three bedrooms with double beds, or a bedroom with a wardrobe or with a separate loggia.



From the window of the bedroom you have a view of a private swimming pool in the garden where you can enjoy relaxing and refreshing swims.



Petrčane is a small town near Zadar, surrounded by several national parks. You can refresh yourself by the river in the Krka National Park, hike in the Paklenica or go on a boat trip to the Kornati. The city of Zadar is three thousand years old, rich in historical and cultural heritage. In summer, there are a lot of fun festivals and events in Zadar and its surroundings.
