From there, you can access the southwest-facing terrace, paved with elegant black clinker bricks and furnished with chairs, a large table, and a lounge set.
The kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including a dishwasher, stove, induction cooktop, and microwave. The high-quality and extensive selection of dishes, silverware, and accessories leaves nothing to be desired.
Also located on the ground floor is the first of the three spacious bedrooms. It features a 180x200 cm double box-spring bed, as well as a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a swivel TV.

The second bedroom is furnished with a comfortable 180x200 cm box-spring double bed and a chest of drawers. From there, you can access another bathroom equipped with a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower. You’ll also find the in-house washer-dryer there.
The bathrooms are equipped with a makeup mirror and a hair dryer. An electronic towel warmer ensures that towels are preheated and dry quickly. Each half of the duplex also has a bathroom scale.
