The entrance leads directly in the living room/bedroom. Located on the upper floors of the building, this type of apartment is completely renovated, both in terms of furnishings and structure. It has a panoramic view. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room / bedroom with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 5 persons. You have access to the balcony with garden furniture. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with electric cooker, refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and instead of a shower there could be a bathtub.

Access is always free for guests of the Carl&Do Residence, and each apartment is provided with one parasol and two sun loungers. The adventure park consists of a series of water slides available to the residence’s guests. Each apartment has 30 free slides per stay during opening hours. Time restrictions apply. In addition, near the swimming pools there is an “adventure park” with suspended courses and panoramic views. You will receive all necessary information at reception upon check-in.
