On the first floor, you can make yourself comfortable in the living room, which has a sofa, armchair and TV, and the children will love the PlayStation games console. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room with a dining table for 8 people. You will feel at home in 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are furnished with a double bed and the remaining two with two single beds each. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. Upstairs you will find a 220 m² walk-out roof terrace with an outdoor Weber gas barbecue, a dining table with seating for 8 as well as sun loungers and exercise equipment. On the outdoor terrace there is a heated pool of 45 m2, 1.4 m deep, with massage as an additional feature. You can also sunbathe on the 8 sun loungers provided. Other amenities at Villa Santa Lucia include a washing machine, an iron and a separate WC. If children are coming with you on vacation, you can use a feeding trough and a baby crib. If you arrive with your own boat, you have the option of using the boat mooring. We offer you the rental of an 8-meter boat MF 795 and a skipper for transport to the shore for visits to the islands of Pa?man, Komornik and Galesnjak (a heart-shaped island). The price includes
