Welcome to the Watthuus, your stylish holiday rental in charming Eilsum—the town right next to Greetsiel. Here you’ll enjoy a quiet, green, and relaxing stay, yet you’re just a few minutes away from the lively harbour town of Greetsiel with its famous twin windmills, cafés, restaurants, and maritime atmosphere.

The perfect combination of relaxation and a prime location—ideal for families, couples, and guests travelling with dogs.

Furnished with great attention to detail, you’ll find a high-quality, bright, and spacious ground-floor holiday rental of approximately 90 m², accommodating up to 6 people. Two comfortable bedrooms and an additional sleeper sofa in the living area ensure maximum flexibility. For our youngest guests, we provide a baby cot, high chair, and a toy box free of charge. You’ll also find ride-on toys for the little ones and sand toys on-site.

All rooms are accessible at ground level via a bright hallway. The spacious living and dining area, facing north/west, delights with plenty of natural light and a magnificent view of the greenery. The cosy living area invites you to relax and can be transformed into a comfortable sofa bed in no time if needed.

The modern, bright built-in kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and many extras—ideal for cooking together on holiday.
Large, floor-to-ceiling windows create an open, airy living space and bring the garden right up to the dining table.

Two stylish bedrooms with high-quality box-spring beds guarantee the best sleeping comfort:
• Bedroom 1: Double bed 180 × 200 cm
• Bedroom 2: Two box-spring beds (each 90 × 200 cm), which can be used flexibly as single or double beds
All windows can be darkened with blinds. In all living areas, elegant oak flooring and underfloor heating create a cosy, comfortable atmosphere—no matter the season.

A spacious, natural-light-filled bathroom with a large, walk-in shower, as well as an additional bright guest bathroom, offer plenty of space—even when the house is fully occupied.
In the utility room, a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron are available for your use free of charge.

The beautiful, quiet, and fully fenced garden is available to guests of the Watthuus on the ground floor—ideal for your family. Only a small area at the front of the garden (separated by a hedge) is used by the upstairs apartment.

On the sunny terrace, you’ll find:
• a large table that seats 6
• a Weber gas grill for enjoyable barbecue evenings
• two comfortable lounge chairs
• a beach umbrella
Thanks to its secluded location, you’ll enjoy complete privacy and tranquility here.
The entire apartment is wheelchair-accessible (spacious shower, steel ramp for the front door and patio door).

Its proximity to the North Sea and the East Frisian Islands makes the Watthuus the ideal starting point for nature experiences, bike tours, mudflat hikes, and maritime excursions.

Are you travelling with a group?
You’re also welcome to book both holiday apartments together—the Watthuus on the ground floor and the Meereszeiten on the upper floor. This way, you’ll have the entire house exclusively to yourselves, with space for up to 10 people. Ideal for families who are friends, multi-generational groups, or shared holidays with plenty of space and privacy.

You’re welcome to add a laundry package as an optional extra. This can be done during the booking process or at any time afterwards for a fee.
