Private: property 650 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden, swimming pool round, heated (9 x 4 m, 36 m2, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 01.Nov.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, arbour (24 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 2.5 km, sandy beach 1.5 km pebble beach 1.5 km. Please note: airfield 32 km from the property.
4-room house 103 m2 on 2 levels. Cosy furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the swimming pool. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, microwave, freezer). Shower/WC. A beautiful house for a great vacation

We were lucky to be the first guests in this house. The house is brand new, clean, beautifully tastefully furnished and every detail is also well thought out, from the bedding to everything you need in the bathrooms and kitchen. Heated swimming pool, large terrace with grill, lavender and rosemary bushes, everything makes for a nice vacation. The owner is very friendly and helpful. If we ever had any questions or queries, he was always quick to come to the rescue.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir hatten das Objekt zu zweit gemietet und können sagen, es nicht bereut zu haben. Es ist tatsächlich ein sehr schönes Haus mit schönen Schlafräumen, Bädern und moderner Küche, welche auch über einen schönen Kühlschrank verfügt. Das Wohnzimmer ist auch schön modern eingerichtet und verfügt wie alle Schlafräume über einen schönes TV Gerät. Der Außenbereich ist ebenfalls sehr schön gestaltet und man kann auch am Pool gut entspannen. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist der Pool, welcher entweder eine zu kleine Filteranlage hat oder es fehlt der Roboter, welcher ständig reinigt. Der Besitzer war sehr bemüht und arrangiert dieses Problem in den Griff zu bekommen, leider hat es aber nicht richtig geklappt. Ich gehe davon aus, dass er es bis zum kommenden Jahr beseitigt hat und somit für zukünftige Mieter sich das Problem erledigt hat. Das Haus hat zwei Parkplätze und ist mit einer fernbedienbaren Toröffnung versehen. Bis zum nächst gelegen Restaurant sind es 1,5 km, was somit auch noch ganz gut zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Wir können abschließend sagen, dass uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen hat und wir dieses Ferienobjekt weiter empfehlen können, auch, weil der Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit ist.

Wir schätzen Ihre Anmerkung zur Poolreinigung und möchten Ihnen versichern, dass der Eigentümer bereits an einer Lösung arbeitet, um die Wasserqualität noch weiter zu verbessern. Der starke Regenfall während Ihres Aufenthalts begünstigte leider die Entwicklung von Algen, da der Chloranteil abnahm. Vor Ihrer Abreise war der Pool wieder in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand, und der Eigentümer kam alle 2-3 Tage, um ihn zu reinigen. Wir hoffen, Sie bald wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen.
