Wenn man mit "Service vor Ort" die Schlüsselübergabe sowie -rückgabe versteht, so war dies alles reibungslos perfekt. Ein Mehr an Service haben wir vor Ort nicht in Anspruch genommen bzw. in Anspruch nehmen müssen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist unserer Meinung nach der Service und die Information im Vorfeld des Aufenthalts - das lief wirklich super. So haben intensiv wir das auch noch nicht erlebt. Bettwäsche und Handtücher hatten wir mitgebracht, dazu können wir also nichts sagen. Allerdings haben wir die avisierten 2 Geschirrhandtücher vermisst ... ansonsten war die kleine Erstausstattung willkommen. Die Wohnung war bei der Übergabe bzw. beim Einzug sauber - so sauber, wie man dies erwarten können muss. Insgesamt eine Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen, die ihre 4 Sterne voll verdient hat.
