In the house of the painter Wolke Eins you can enjoy wonderful peace and quiet in the 400 year old house, situated in the middle of the vineyard, at the foot of the Black Forest. 2 bedrooms, 1 large living room and a cozy kitchen offer plenty of space. The terrace is an additional room in summer. The apartment is very atmospheric, and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Pictures everywhere, antique furniture, make the special atmosphere. You will find modern things where necessary, e.g. in the kitchen, with dishwasher, induction stove and large pull-out drawers. The rooms are high and well air-conditioned thanks to the thick walls. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, spacious storage space, towels and shampoo. You will love the eat-in kitchen with its adjoining terrace. The apartment is a place to retreat and a starting point for hikes and the rich culinary and cultural offerings in the Markgräflerland region.

Wir hatten zwei Schlafzimmer gebucht, aber es gab nur eins. Die Couch im Wohnraum war keine Schlafcouch. So wie die Wohnung angeboten wird ist sie nicht. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Schlecht ist auch die Buchungsbestätigung. Man sieht nur die Personensnzahl und An- und Abreisedat

Hallo Claudia, Vielen Dank, dass Sie Ihr Feedback geteilt haben. Es tut uns leid, dass Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts Unannehmlichkeiten erfahren haben. Bezüglich des zweiten Schlafzimmers wurden wir während der Buchung nicht darüber informiert, dass Sie nicht in einem Raum schlafen möchten. Hätten wir es gewusst, hätten wir den Gewölberaum für Sie vorbereitet, wie gewünscht. Leider ist das Atelierhaus nicht mehr buchbar, aber eine neue Ferienwohnung wird ab Januar im ersten Stock verfügbar sein. Bezüglich des Sofas entschuldigen wir uns dafür, dass es nicht bequem genug war. Wir haben zusätzliche Polsterung bereitgestellt und die Kissen angepasst, um den Komfort zu verbessern. Bei der Buchungsbestätigung bemühen wir uns, alle notwendigen Informationen einzuschließen. Wenn Sie noch weitere Fragen haben, wenden Sie sich bitte an uns oder unser Kundenserviceteam.
