Villa Laura for 8-10 people with air conditioning, private pool 10x5m., With sea view.
Large holiday home for 8-10 people plot 520m ² fenced, barbecue, 1Km to the center and the sea. Private pool 10x5m. with roman stairs. Air conditioning is optional and costs 90 € per week, satellite TV, garage. From the upper terrace you have a wonderful sea and mountain view.
Accommodation: 4 bedrooms for 10 people.
5 room house, very well equipped.

Ground floor: two bedrooms, living / dining room with fireplace
made of marble, 1 bathroom with shower, white lacquered kitchen with hob, microwave, laundry room, with washing machine and dishwasher. Covered terrace with a view of the pool, barbecue corner, lots of garden with palm trees, garden furniture with deck chairs for the pool. Quiet and relaxing residential area.

Upper floor: two bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bathtub, terrace with a view of the mountains, second terrace with a view of the pool and the sea.

du pour et du contre

L'annonce de la villa propose 10 couchages pour 8 effectifs donc vaisselle insuffisante. La piscine mesure plutôt 8mx4 et non 9x5. Lors de notre entrée dans la villa, le ménage n'avait pas été effectué. Nous avons dû le faire le soir même. Les gérants immobiliers ont été très désagréables et de mauvaise foi. Avis partagé par nos voisins qui ont eu à faire aux mêmes gérants : ménage non fait également. La puissance du compteur électrique est sous dimensionnée donc disjoncte très souvent. Le lave linge est à changer. Sinon malgré ces quelques déboires, nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans une belle villa spacieuse, dont le quartier était calme. La villa se situe proche d'un supermarché, très appréciable et proche de la mer.
