Large villa located in the Bosque sector of the Sant Jordi d'Alfama residential area, 4 km from the coves and beaches.
Spacious living-dining room with large windows overlooking the garden, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, various utensils, etc.), 3 bedrooms with double beds located on the ground floor and overlooking the garden, a full bathroom with shower, guest toilet, and pantry.
One bedroom with a double bed is located on the first floor with a full bathroom with shower and a terrace.
Large, fully fenced plot of over 2,700 m², with a private pool and barbecue area.
The villa has air conditioning in all bedrooms and Wi-Fi.
Bed and bath linens not included. Reservation option: €15/person
