New, comfortable and modern furnished vacation apartment (65m²) with underfloor heating in a central location on the 3rd floor in the attic with elevator.

Lockable bicycle shelter, free parking and W-Lan.

Modern, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob and microwave.

Open living / dining area and spacious bedroom.

Balcony with dining set, parasol and additional sun lounger.

Extra bed for a child or baby is gladly available on request. A travel cot and a comfortable guest couch are available.

Sehr gute Ferienwohnung in einer TOP Lage

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in einer sehr schön eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Alles wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern zu sehen. Der Balkon ist schön groß und bietet eine sensationelle Aussicht auf die Mosel und die Weinberge von Bernkastel-Kues. Da die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss ist, wird sie sich im Sommer stark aufheizen. Dafür ist aber ein mobiles Klimagerät vorhanden. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
