The entire terraced house is just a few steps from the beach, spread over two floors and consists of a kitchen/living room with a sofa bed, one bedroom, and two bathrooms. It can accommodate up to four people. A smart TV, air conditioning in the main area, and a washing machine are included.

The residence offers a bar, restaurant, market, and all essential services, as well as free evening music and entertainment.
