The apartment measures 64 m² and is equipped to accommodate 2 to 4 people.


It features a spacious living room with a dining area for 4 people, a cosy sofa set with a high-quality sleeper function for 2 people, and a large TV. From the living room, you can step out onto the furnished terrace facing southwest, where you can enjoy breakfast on warm summer days and wind down the day with a cosy glass of wine on balmy summer evenings. A beach chair offers protection from too much sun or wind.


The hallway leads to the bathroom, which features natural light. It offers a walk-in, floor-to-ceiling rain shower with a glass shower enclosure and a towel warmer.


The kitchen offers cooking enthusiasts plenty of space to let their creative culinary skills run wild. A ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer are provided, as well as a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle.
The bedroom is equipped with a modern box-spring bed, a large TV, and a closet, and offers plenty of space here as well.


You reach the front door via a staircase with about 6 steps, as the house is situated on a slope. This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.
A parking space is available at the house.

Each apartment comes with a parking space. You reach the entrance via 4 large steps on the hillside.
Alt-Sierksdorf is the southern and quieter part of Sierksdorf, featuring many beautiful villas and high-quality housing.
