This charming holiday home is located in the heart of a pedestrian-friendly hamlet made up of several small houses, at the foot of the Carteret dunes and close to the seaside resort's lighthouse. An ideal, quiet location just a few minutes from the first sandy beach. The pretty, bright living area offers direct access to the terrace and the small, fenced garden with a southwest orientation. Out of season, the closed fireplace provides pleasant warmth. You have free access to the 3 shared tennis courts and basketball court that belong to the small private hamlet. A security deposit of EUR 60,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
