About this property

Casale54 - Messina

Eco Boutique Apartments in San Giorgio
On the outskirts of Gioiosa Marea in Sicily, three townhouses ranging in size from 40 to 60 square metres were built in 2022 from a 200-year-old farmhouse. Situated on a hillside on a property with ocean views, you can see the village of San Giorgio and the sea from the garden. The property is 90 percent self-sufficient, thanks to its own well, a large solar panel system, and an air-source heat pump.

Posto stupendo. Ci torneremo.Alotta Saveria
