With 3 bedrooms, the holiday home can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 toddlers. It is very child-friendly (stair gate, changing table, cot, toys, etc.)<br>The living/dining area features a cosy dining nook with a large table and a corner bench. The kitchen is very well-equipped—including a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and espresso and coffee machines—making cooking a pleasure. Plenty of dishes are provided. Across from the kitchen is the living area with its large leather sofa set and rustic furniture. You can enjoy cosy evenings in front of the flat-screen TV. Unfortunately, the fireplace cannot be used due to fire safety regulations. From the living area, you can step out onto the spacious terrace, where you can relax wonderfully and let the sea breeze wash over you.<br><br>The ground floor also features a bright shower room with a toilet and sink. There is also a coin-operated washing machine here. Next door is a bedroom with a double bed. <br>Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms available: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. A cot and changing table round out the family holiday. There is also a second bathroom here with a shower, toilet, and sink. Free Wi-Fi is available!<br>Bicycles can be stored in the sturdy storage shed. The car park is located directly in front of the house.<br><br>Special features include parking for 2 cars, a sheltered patio, a fenced-in property, 2 bathrooms, a high chair, a cot, and a changing table.<br><br>Note on linens: <br>Linens are not included in the rental price. We ask that you bring your own bed linens and towels.<br>If you prefer, we’d be happy to provide both upon prior arrangement:<br>Bed linens: €10.00 per set and towels: €5.00 per set<br>We’ll leave the ordered linens for you in a laundry bag at the property. The beds will not be made!<br>Payment is straightforward and is included with the tourist tax as part of the final payment.
