Studio Apartment 'Zugspitznest' with Mountain View, Balcony and Wi-Fi

Welcome to the "Zugspitznest" in Grainau! A cozy vacation apartment with a breathtaking view of the Alps awaits you here. On 30 m2 you will find everything you need for a relaxing vacation

a living room/bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a well-equipped kitchenette and a modern bathroom. We are happy to provide an extra bed on request. Perfect for up to 3

persons!



Look forward to free WiFi and a Smart TV with all your favorite streaming services. For younger guests, we are happy to provide a crib, high chair or small step stool on request. The highlight of the apartment is the private balcony - ideal for a relaxing end to the day. Pets are also very welcome here! For this we charge

an extra fee, which you pay conveniently on site.



Parking is available directly in front of the house and in the immediate vicinity. And best of all: public transport is close by and within easy walking distance. Discover Grainau and the beautiful surroundings with ease!



There are various waste garbage cans in front of the house to make it easier for you to separate your waste. We use energy-saving lighting in the house and provide you with a small basic supply of spices, vinegar, oil, coffee and tea. There is also a small selection of drinks as well as books and games to borrow. Smoking is permitted on the balcony, but out of consideration for our neighbors

and the other guests to refrain from loud parties.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in wunderschöner Lage

Pros: Sehr schöne, saubere Wohnung in einer tollen Lage mit einem wundervollen Ausblick auf die Zugspitze. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr herzlich und man fühlt sich sehr willkommen.

Super Wohnung in Top Lage

Pros: Super Ferienwohnung in top Lage. Eibsee, Höllentalklamm und vieles mehr kann man Fußläufig mit einer Wanderung erreichen oder mit dem Bus der quasi direkt vor der Tür hält. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder ! Die Gastgeberin war super sympathisch, man hat sich direkt heimisch gefühlt. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch alle in der Nähe. Top Ferienwohnung!!
