The 60 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate 4 people. Among the on-site amenities are high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning in the living room and the master bedroom (in case of combined use, cools down the whole property), a ceiling fan, and a washing machine.

This apartment features furnished private terraces. Moreover, there is a shared outdoor space with a fenced pool (open from 11 am to 3 pm and from 5 pm to 9 pm in June and September, and from 11 am to 3 pm and from 5 pm to 10 pm in July and August), a garden, a children's pool, an outdoor shower, and a paddle court.

The property is located close to the beach, and public transport links are within walking distance.

A parking space is available in a garage. More parking places can be found within the residential complex (subject to availability).
