A beautiful holiday house with a swimming pool in Risika for 6-8 persons.On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa for two persons, a kitchen and a guest toilet. There are three bedrooms on the first floor - two bedrooms have access to the terrace with a sea view. One bedroom has its own bathroom, and the second bathroom is in the hallway.Guests have access to a swimming pool, an outdoor seating area and parking.

Perfect place to relax :)

The place was amazing! A big house with three bedrooms, fully furnished. A large pool and everything we needed to relax! I was really surprised that it had absolutely everything we could possibly need to have a wonderful time. The location is secluded, so it’s good to have a car to stay connected with the outside world, but that’s a small price to pay considering the overall experience. Summing up, we would be more than happy to come back again!

Super Villa in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren von der luxuriösen Villa begeistert und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist alles genauso wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Alles ist neu und von guter Qualität. Die Fenster und Türen sind alle mit Fliegengitter ausgestattet. In der Küche waren Geschirrtücher, Schwamm, Spülmittel und sogar Spülmaschinentabs vorhanden. Das Einzige was verbessert werden kann, wäre etwas mehr Geschirr. Es waren jeweils nur für 7 Personen Teller und Besteck vorhanden. Das könnte etwas mehr sein, da man die Villa ja auch für max. 8 Personen buchen kann. Und die Toiletten-Sitze im WC im EG und im oberen Bad passen nicht genau auf die Toilette bzw. waren locker und sind verrutscht. Aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten. Ansonsten gab es überhaupt nichts zu beanstanden. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der Ort ist klein und ruhig, ohne Restaurant, aber es gibt einen kleinen Minimarkt, in dem man alles notwendige kaufen kann. Zum nächsten Strand sind es max. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Wer also Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Auch die Kommunikation mit TA Krk Adria war sehr gut und problemlos. Alles hat super geklappt. Wir können die Villa und TA Krk Adria zu 100% weiterempfehlen.
