Enjoy easy access to the community boat ramp, convenient day-use boat slips, and complimentary paddleboards. Bring your boat and store it under the covered boat carport until you're ready to head out on the water.

Spend your mornings sipping coffee on the spacious covered front porch, your afternoons exploring the lake, and your evenings grilling on the gas BBQ while the kids shoot hoops in the driveway. Whether you're here for boating, fishing, or simply relaxing, our home is the perfect place to create lasting memories.

The Space

Designed with families and groups in mind, our 3-bedroom, 2-bath home comfortably accommodates your Lake Gaston getaway.

The primary suite features a king-size bed, a private en-suite bathroom, and a Roku-enabled TV for a peaceful retreat. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom offers two bunk beds, making it the perfect space for kids or additional guests.

The hallway bathroom includes a full bathtub along with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including a Keurig® K-Cup coffee maker to start your mornings. The dining table comfortably seats six and expands to accommodate up to eight guests for family meals, game nights, or gathering after a day on the lake.

Relax in the living room with a Roku-enabled TV, unwind beneath the ceiling fan on the covered front porch, enjoy the two-person porch swing, or fire up the gas BBQ grill for dinner. Complimentary paddleboards and life jackets for guests of all ages are available so the whole family can enjoy time on the water.

Fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, making it easy to stream your favorite shows, stay connected, or work remotely if needed.

Guest Access

Guests enjoy convenient keyless self check-in. A unique access code and check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival.

Guests have access to the entire home except the hallway closet and lower-level garage, which are reserved for owner use. We appreciate your understanding and ask that these areas remain closed during your stay.

Parking is available in the long driveway for up to four vehicles. The covered boat carport accommodates up to two boats, providing a convenient place to store them when they're not on the lake.

Other Things to Note

This is not a waterfront property. However, the community boat ramp and day-use boat slips are just a short walk away, providing convenient access to beautiful Lake Gaston. Feel free to bring your boat and launch with ease. Please note that the day-use slips are available for daytime use only and may not be used for overnight mooring or storage.

Access to the Home: The main living area is accessed by one flight of exterior stairs. Guests should be comfortable climbing stairs, as there is no elevator access.

Complimentary paddleboards are provided for guest use. We recommend bringing your own beach towels for lake activities.

Pets: We love dogs and are happy to welcome your furry family members! We welcome dogs only, with a maximum of 2 dogs per stay. Dogs must be house-trained and may not be left unattended in the home unless they are safely crated. Please note that the backyard is not fenced, so dogs must be supervised at all times while outdoors. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

While outside the home, dogs must be kept on a leash or otherwise remain under the direct control of their owner at all times. Any pet-related damage beyond normal wear and tear, or any additional cleaning required due to pets, will be charged to the guest.
