Spacious living space for 4-6 people, 2 bedrooms +3 televisions, double washbasin bathroom, shower, wall-hung toilet, fitted kitchen opening onto living room + sofa bed, dining room with lake view. Private garage + bike storage + private terrace with artificial turf Independent access with key box.

Flat is not located on the main road to Annecy exact address communicate later (second line facing the lake) near Yoann Conte blue house.
The flat has a kitchen open to living room dining room with a double sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms, and a bathroom space Wc and laundry.

Please note that there is 1 standard closed garage and no outside parking space.
You have to cross the condominium car park, which can only be accessed by reversing To park more easily
thank you for respecting the premises and returning the flat as you found it no parties allowed in the neighbourhood
