Its location and its terraces offer a breathtaking view of the lake and the Tournette. Large 15m x 4m heated, secure swimming lane and 37 ° outdoor spa facing the lake, solarium. 1500m2 of enclosed garden.
Ideally located in the heart of the Alps (Geneva 45mn, Chamonix and Mégève 1h), this little piece of paradise is also close to all amenities.
For athletes, you are at the heart of all nautical activities, mountain, bikes, 42km cycle path in front of the house.
Inside, you will be seduced by the decoration and the clarity of this house as well as by its functionality.


Our house is located 10 minutes from the center of Annecy, its shops and the old town. Nicknamed the Venice of the Alps, you will be seduced by this tangle of mountains surrounding the lake.
We are 3 minutes walk from the first beach on a non-busy road, and 5 minutes from the tennis club (5 courts).
10km from Annecy airport, 50 km from Geneva airport, 100km from Lyon airport.
The house on the shore in full sun will seduce you with its clarity, its view and its calm.
Lovers of the great outdoors, nature, mountains and water sports will be in paradise. But gastronomy enthusiasts will also be delighted by regional specialties and by the Michelin-starred establishments of Veyrier, Talloires, Annecy le Vieux.

Un séjour inoubliable

Nous avons séjourné 15 jours en famille dans cette magnifique maison très bien équipée et tellement lumineuse avec ses baies vitrées vue lac. Cadre enchanteur, très calme, idéal pour se reposer et faire du sport. Idéalement située pour se balader en montagne et se baigner au lac à pied, le lac était à 26°. Les must : un jacuzzi le soir au soleil couchant et un plouf dans la piscine chauffée le matin au réveil Un grand merci aux charmants propriétaires qui nous ont donné plein de conseils, nous reviendrons.

séjour bien agréable

Merci pour ce bon séjour. La maison est très lumineuse et les vues superbes. nous n'avons manqué de rien et beaucoup aimé la terrasse. A deux pas d'une plage nous avons bien profité du lac. Le jardin avec le trampoline a été un plus pour les enfants. A recommander si vous souhaitez un séjour entre lac et montagne, proche d'une ville super sympa.
