Smygehus holiday resort directly on the Baltic Sea
This fantastic holiday accommodation is a newly renovated Semi-Detached house in Smygehus Resort in Skåne.
The holiday house is located on the seafront in Smygehuk, between Ystad and Trelleborg. Close to several golf courses. There are 41 semi-detached houses, which are nearly identical and equipped.
The house has a ground floor with bar kitchen and large living room, shower and toilet. Upstairs are two comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom. Most of it in terms of the amenities available. Newly renovated. Final cleaning included.
It is possible to put extra beds in the living room downstairs.
The area has also a very good restaurant with affordable and good food and a fantastic view of the sea. Swimming pool and outdoor spa and the gym can be used by guests. All newly renovated.
2 bedrooms (1. with double bed, 2. with 2 single beds), 2 extra beds to rent when needed (at the reception)
Next neighbor is 50 meters away from the accommodation.
