The large bedroom upstairs has a bathtub, which adds a special touch. The living room and all three bedrooms each feature a smart TV.<br><br>Even guests with limited mobility will feel very comfortable here. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds that are slightly raised from the floor.<br><br>The bathroom on the upper floor is equipped with two natural stone sinks. They offer a variety of dishes as well as coffee and cake. From around Easter through September, the HafenCafe is usually open on weekends.<br><br>There are several charming holiday homes around the harbour. This area, as well as the banks of the Ems, is excellent for walking and biking. The Ems Bike Trail runs right past the house...<br><br>The two nearest supermarkets are located about 2 and 3 km away, respectively, both with bakeries on-site, in the town of Walchum. The nearest larger towns with big supermarkets, about 10 km away, are Dörpen, Haren, and Lathen.<br><br>There’s a swimming lake just under 3 km away. And a particularly great swimming lake with a water ski facility is only about 8 km away.<br><br>There are PLENTY of outing options in the area: Papenburg (the “Little Venice of the North”), the chic town of Leer, a quick trip to the coast (only about 110 km), the Papenburg mega-shipyard, various amusement parks, and numerous swimming lakes. It’s less than 10 km to the Netherlands. And for cyclists, this place is a true paradise!<br><br>Upon arrival, the beds are made, and one large and one small towel are provided for each booked guest. Two tea towels are also included in the linens package. Every holiday booking must include a linen package.<br><br>Upon arrival at this holiday home, guests will find a bottle of wine and a sweet surprise waiting for them.<br><br>A basic supply of spices, vinegar, oil, and sugar, as well as a starter supply of tea and coffee, rounds out the kitchen amenities.<br><br>Group gatherings and parties are not permitted here!<br><br>At this holiday home, you can book one dog as an additional guest. You can include this in your booking during the reservation process; otherwise, there
