The beautiful holiday rental "Am Ochsenweg" awaits you in the historic village of Dannewerk. It is located 4 km from Schleswig. High-speed internet (fiber-optic) and a carport are available for your use.
The holiday rental is modern and lovingly furnished, and it’s also in a quiet location and on the ground floor. It has a separate entrance. The kitchen is well-equipped. There are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other has a single bed and a desk. The living room is flooded with natural light and features a dining table and a cosy sofa area. The living room opens onto the south-facing terrace, which includes seating and an awning. The bathroom features a bathtub, shower, and comfortable underfloor heating and a heated towel rack. The holiday rental includes a washing machine. In the carport, you’ll find a wallbox that you’re welcome to use to charge your electric car.

From the holiday rental, you can walk to the Danevirke or the Danish Museum to explore the history of this Viking cultural site. Adventure Golf is available 500 metres away, near the Danish Museum. If you’re travelling by bike, this is an ideal starting point for exploring the beautiful surrounding area, including the Eider-Treene-Sorge lowlands or the nearby city of Schleswig. Well-marked bike paths and numerous cycling routes await you. The large carport offers plenty of space to store the bikes you bring with you.
If you’re planning day trips by car, you’ll find yourself in an ideal location for exploring the North Sea and the Baltic Sea, the Schlei, and the Danish border. The location also offers easy access via the highway to larger cities such as Kiel or Flensburg, as well as to Denmark.

Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. If you’d like to arrive later, you also have the option of using a key box. Please contact us (the property owners) in advance to arrange this. Check-out should be by 10:00 a.m.
