The apartment’s private garden is perfect for playing and relaxing. A wood-burning stove also provides cosy warmth in the winter. Right next to the apartment is a sun terrace where you can enjoy breakfast with your family in the morning. It’s also just a short walk away for enjoying the sunset with a glass of wine in the evening.

The front door opens directly into the open and spacious living and dining area, which also provides access to the terrace and the wood-burning stove. There is a small pond in the garden. The ground floor also features a separate kitchen, where you’ll find another dining table for the whole family, and the first bathroom with a shower.

The staircase leads to the ground floor, where the three bedrooms are located. One of them is furnished with two single beds, and another with a double bed. The third bedroom has a single bed and also serves as a connecting room to the double bedroom.

Within walking distance of the seaside residence, the village features an Edeka supermarket, a bakery, and a bike rental shop, as well as several restaurants and cafés. All recreational activities are located in the immediate vicinity of the property.
