Shop 3 km, grocery 3 km, supermarket 5 m, restaurant 5 km, bus stop "Cruce Pasito Blanco" 800 m, sandy beach 100 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: airfield 35 km from the property. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
