Urlaub in den Bergen
Die Ferienwohnung ist hell und geräumig.
Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein sehr geräumiger Kleiderschrank, der das Schlafzimmer in zwei teilt. Die Matratzen liegen sehr gut.
Ein großes Badezimmer mit großer begehbarer Dusche und ausreichend Abstellmöglichkeiten.
Die Küche war mit vielen üblichen Utensilien ausgestattet. Von Kaffeemaschine bis Toaster war alles da.
Allerdings einen kleinen Backofen haben wir nicht vorgefunden sondern eine Mikrowelle. Diese hat zwar eine Einstellung zum fertig backen aber nicht zum Backen oder Braten.....der Wohn-Essbereich wirkt harmonisch und warm. Nur mit vier Personen ist die Sitzgelegenheiten nicht ganz optimal. Man müsste dann die Esszimmer Stühle zum Fernseh schauen dazu nehmen. Wir waren nur zu zweit, das war okay.
Vom Wohnbereich kommt man über eine Schiebetür auf den großen Balkon. Bei schönem Wetter kann man hier langere verweilen denke ich. Leider hatten wir in unserem Urlaub nur sehr wenig bzw keine Gelegenheit dort zu sitzen weil das Wetter es nicht zu ließ.....
Leider haben wir keinen Staubsauger im Ski Keller vorgefunden. So mussten wir die Wohnung so verlassen.
Eine Bedienungsanleitung für die Mikrowelle wäre schön.
......... und eine neue Toilettenbürste

Wir bedanken uns auch für die Anregungen bezüglich der Ausstattung des Apartments.
Gerne möchten wir auf die einzelnen Punkte eingehen:
Die Wohnung hat leider keinen Backofen, sondern nur eine Mikrowelle.
Hier werden wir uns darum kümmern, dass die Bedienungsanleitung für die Mikrowelle gut sichtbar im Apartment aufliegt.
Der Staubsauger, der für alle unsere Gäste zugänglich sein sollte, ist normalerweise im Waschraum platziert. Wir entschuldigen uns dafür, dass Sie nicht die Gelegenheit hatten, diesen zu benützen.
Wir werden eine entsprechende Info im Waschraum anbringen, sodass der Staubsauger auch wieder zurückgebracht wird.
Die Toilettenbürste wird umgehend von unserem Reinigungsteam ausgetauscht. Wir haben dies schon weiterkommuniziert. Bitte entschuldigen Sie den Umstand, dass diese nicht mehr schön anzusehen war.
Wir hoffen, dass wir Sie trotz der Kritikpunkte wieder einmal bei uns im Höldere Damüls begrüßen dürfen und wünschen Ihnen eine gute Zeit.

Tolle, saubere Unterkunft
Es war alles vorhanden, wir haben nichts vermisst.
Lediglich die W-LAN Verbindung hat nicht gut funktioniert.
