Step out onto the large terrace from the living room, jump straight into the pool or lie down on the sun loungers. In the evenings, you can treat yourself and your loved ones to your favorite grilled dishes and talk about your day's adventures.

Visit the medieval town of Labin with its art galleries or the fishing village of Rabac with its beautiful beaches and clean sea. The place is ideal for guests who want to spend their vacation in the countryside, far away from the many tourists. Visit the village of Trget in the bay of Rasa, which is sheltered from the wind and is ideal for those arriving by boat and wanting to explore the countryside from the seaside. In the harbor of Trget you can watch the small fishing boats and eat fresh fish and mussels daily in nice restaurants. Explore the surrounding area by bike or visit the nearby excursion town of Skitaca and its healing water spring.
