- Angabe der Wohnung 120qm- tatsächlich max. 80qm- defekte Lampen, defekter Fön- Lattenrost mehrmals eingebrochen, unterschiedlich hohe Matratzen im Bett-im Kühlschrank war ständig alles gefroren da Thermostat wahrscheinlich defekt-Fenster und Türen undicht, ständig zerrte kalte Luft durch- Angaben zufolge mit Waschmaschinennutzung, erst nach persönlichem Gespräch erhielten wir ZugangDie Eigentümerin wusste angeblich nichts von Angaben in der FeWo direkt Anzeige. Weder zur Waschmaschinennutzung, zur Größe der Wohnung noch zum Preis.
