We enjoyed this nice quiet getaway along the river. The downstairs has a full kitchen open to the dining area and family room, with two comfy reclining couches and a big screen TV. The window seat is a nice place to relax. The downstairs bathroom has a tub. The upstairs opens to a large space with a half bath, a king bed, amole closets a wardrobe and a desk with a computer. There is also a separate bedroom with a queen bed. It is an old house, so the upstairs floors are noticeably not level, and the staircase is quite steep, with shallow stair treads and a higher than usual rise, which made it a challenge for us seniors. We loved sitting outside around the fire pit the after sunset, enjoying the lights across the river, and the hammock was a big hit.
