By car, the exhibition center is 5 minutes, Cicé golf course 7 minutes, supermarkets 2 km, restaurants 3 km, and public transport 500 m.



Five parking spaces are available on the property, street parking is free, and one garage space is accessible. Pets, parties, and smoking are not allowed. Charging electric vehicles on site is prohibited. The property is single-level throughout and equipped with a security system. Towels are provided for the bathrooms.
