The charming city centre area, with its pedestrian zone and spa park, is perfect for leisurely strolls. The surrounding area is perfect for varied hiking tours and nature experiences. Thanks to the nearby train and bus stops, getting here is easy, and getting around locally is hassle-free. Parking is available for guests arriving by car. In the living room, you’ll find a large pull-out couch (1.50 m x 2.00 m), which also serves as an additional sleeping option, as well as a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and a stylish dining area. The bedroom is furnished with a high-quality double bed, a table with seating, and a flat-screen TV. Floor-to-ceiling windows and light-colored hardwood floors in the bedroom and living room create a pleasant, spacious atmosphere. The bathroom features light-colored tile, a shower with a rain showerhead, and a toilet. The kitchen area is fully equipped and, with its magnificent mountain view of the Hochstaufen, leaves nothing to be desired. From the spacious balcony, you’ll also enjoy a wonderful view of the town of Bad Reichenhall and a spectacular panorama of the surrounding mountains, such as the Hochstaufen, Untersberg, and Predigtstuhl. Here, you can bring an eventful day to a spectacular close. The building also features a bike storage room and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer available for a fee. Free parking is available at the building or on the street, and there’s an electric car charging station right next door. Nearby attractions include the Rupertus Therme, the Royal Spa Park of Bad Reichenhall, the old salt works, and many other destinations. The cities of Salzburg and Berchtesgaden are easily accessible and can be reached in just a few minutes by public transport.
