The apartment is fully furnished, equipped, and laid out as follows:

1 large living room with an additional workspace featuring an office chair and desk. Each room has large double windows.

Smart TV (with Netflix, Amazon Fire, Zattoo Ultimate with over 153 channels), Blu-ray player, YouTube, etc., and a stereo system.


A large, super-comfortable XXL box-spring sofa bed (155x240 sleeping surface when unfolded) where another person can easily and comfortably spend the night invites you to relax and unwind.
