We’re sorry to hear that check-in was confusing upon arrival. We do call and send multiple emails before each stay with detailed instructions about the check-in process, office address, and late arrival procedures to make arrival as smooth as possible. We also provide 24/7 guest assistance, and that phone number is included in all of our correspondence so guests can reach us anytime if they need help. As for beach gear, we completely understand the convenience it provides, but unfortunately, we’re unable to supply items such as chairs, toys, or umbrellas since we can’t guarantee their cleanliness or condition from guest to guest. That’s why there’s a beach service available for chair and umbrella rentals, as well as plenty of nearby shops where guests can easily purchase anything they may need. We truly appreciate your thoughtful feedback about the furniture layout and will share your comments with the owner for consideration.
