Welcome to this spacious ADA-compliant home designed for large groups, families, and multigenerational stays. The entire home is fully step-free with ramps to upper & lower levels, wide open living areas, multiple entrances with electronic locks for self check-in, and easy accessibility throughout. Inside you’ll find 3 living areas with Smart TVs, chandeliers, & cozy couches, plus a second living room and a lower-level family room with pool table and backyard access. The large gourmet kitchen has a center island, high-top seating, modern appliances, and connects to two dining areas including a formal dining room with fireplace and piano. The home also includes a bright enclosed sunroom overlooking the backyard and private pond with direct outdoor access.

The home has 6 bedrooms total. The primary suite includes a king bed, seating area, Smart TV, with private porch access. Bedroom 3 has an ADA-accessible walk-in shower ensuite. There are 3 walk-in closets, a laundry chute, and an enormous Master bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and steam shower. Additional bedrooms include multiple double beds, bunk bed, Smart TVs, seating areas, and ample storage. The lower level also includes a laundry room with washer/dryer and extra linens and additional storage. Outside you’ll find a large private driveway with parking, porch spaces, peaceful nature surroundings, and a private pond with plenty of room to relax or gather. The large grassy backyard is perfect for entertainment or for the kids to run around! Minutes from LEGOLAND, Woodbury Common Premium Outlets, and countless markets, shops, parks and outdoor recreation areas are all within a short drive.

Check-in is at 4PM and check-out is at 10AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested at any time, but approval can only be confirmed one day before arrival or departure. There is a fee per hour for early check-in or late check-out. Unauthorized early check-in or late check-out is a $300 penalty. You will have access to the entire house except the garage and a few locked storage closets.

This home is located in the scenic Hudson Valley town of Goshen, known for its charming downtown, rolling countryside, and easy access to some of the region`s best attractions. You`ll be just minutes from LEGOLAND New York Resort, the historic Goshen Village, and the Harness Racing Museum & Hall of Fame. Enjoy nearby wineries, breweries, hiking trails, golf courses, and the beautiful Heritage Trail for walking and biking.

Woodbury Common Premium Outlets is only about 20 minutes away, while Storm King Art Center, Warwick`s wineries and orchards, and countless parks and outdoor recreation areas are all within a short drive. Local restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, and everyday conveniences are just 5 to 10 minutes away, giving you the perfect balance of peaceful countryside living and easy access to everything the Hudson Valley has to offer.


The home is best accessed by car and offers driveway parking for up to 7 vehicles. The garage is off-limits. Ride-share apps like Uber and Lyft are available but limited in rural areas, so having a car is recommended. Stewart International Airport (SWF) is approximately 30 minutes away, while New York City is about a 1.5-hour drive.

There are 3 fireplaces in the home, which are currently out of order. The indoor pool is not a full-size pool it is an exercise pool. The barn pictured and nearby the pond is private property, off-limits and not included in the reservation.

You are staying in a friendly and peaceful area, and we kindly ask that you respect the community, the environment, and your neighbors. Quiet Hours are in place from 9pm - 9am, and parties or events are strictly prohibited. The driveway fits 7 cars; guests should not park on the road. The garage and some locked storage cabinets are off limits.

Groups are welcome, but all guests must be registered. The home’s maximum capacity is 18 registered guests. Inquire about additional beds if needed. All guests are subject to additional screening and a security deposit. No smoking in the house; there is a $500 penalty for violation. Pre-approved house-trained pets are allowed with an extra $50 cleaning fee per stay.

Upon arrival, should you notice any damage or anything broken, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate repair arrangements can be made. Any unreported damage will result in damage fees, automatic cancellation of your reservation, and reporting to Airbnb.
HOUSE RULES: Guest agrees to maintain the Property in good condition and comply with all applicable laws. Guest is responsible for the actions of all occupants and visitors. The following rules apply:

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: Parties, events, or loud music are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a $500 fee and immediate eviction without refund.

QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Excessive noise at any time may result in a $500 fee and eviction.

NO SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted inside the Property or in any enclosed areas. Violations will result in a $500 cleaning fee.

CARE OF PROPERTY: Guest agrees to promptly report any maintenance or safety issues. Do not tamper with unauthorized equipment. Furniture, décor, and equipment must not be moved or rearranged without prior written approval. Unauthorized movement of furniture will result in a $250 fee.

CLEANING: Basic cleaning is included. Excessive cleaning beyond normal use will be charged to the security deposit. Additional mid-stay cleaning is available upon request for a fee.

AMENITIES: A starter supply of toiletries, paper products, and detergents is provided to help you settle in comfortably. If you`re traveling with a larger group or staying for an extended period, you may wish to pick up a few extra essentials during your stay. We’re also happy to restock items for you—just let us know in advance and we can arrange it for a fee.

LOST KEYS: Lost keys or access devices will incur a $300 replacement fee.

PHOTOGRAPHY/COMMERCIAL USE: The Property is for residential vacation use only. No commercial photography, filming, or events without written approval.

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES: Departure is required by 10:00 AM. Return furniture to original positions, empty trash, remove food from refrigerator and cabinets, load and start dishwasher, and place used linens and towels in the laundry area.

MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS: The Management Company will address reported issues promptly but does not guarantee all equipment will function perfectly at all times. No refunds or adjustments will be made for appliance or equipment failures.

FORCE MAJEURE: The Management Company is not responsible for events beyond its control (e.g., weather, utility outages, construction, or pandemics). No refunds will be issued for such interruptions.
