The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for a shared cooking experience—from an induction cooktop and oven to a coffee maker.
Two cosy bedrooms, an open-concept loft with a view of the water, a modern bathroom with a wellness area, and an additional guest bathroom provide comfort for couples and families. An utility room with a washing machine, dryer, and more rounds out the amenities.
The furnished terrace and small garden invite you to relax and unwind. Nearby, you’ll find Lake Vechtesee, the Delfinoh outdoor pool, the Krockie children’s play paradise, and many other places to explore—ideal for families, couples, and those seeking relaxation.
And best of all: Your four-legged companions are also warmly welcome here and will find plenty of opportunities in the area for long walks and nature experiences.

Please note: The Seepark is currently still under construction. There may be occasional construction activity—we’ve factored this into our pricing. Nordhorn is a city in Lower Saxony and is also known as the "Water City." The city takes its name from the Vechte River, which flows through the city and feeds many canals and waterways. These waterways shape the cityscape and make Nordhorn a popular destination for bike and boat tours. Nordhorn’s city centre is located on an island and is surrounded by water. There are many attractions, such as the City Museum with its three locations, the Maritime Museum, and much more. It’s especially lovely to bike or walk along the many bike and hiking trails right by the water.
Our house, "Haus Nordwald," is in a quiet yet central location. Beautifully situated on the edge of Seepark Nordhorn, this exceptionally luxurious holiday home is not far from Nordhorn’s wonderful city centre. Its convenient location allows you to enjoy great day trips, even to the Netherlands, which is only 5 kilometres away.

During peak season and around holidays, bookings are only available on a weekly basis! Check-in day: During peak season and around holidays, check-in is generally on Saturdays; alternative days are available by arrangement. During certain periods, we have minimum stay requirements—we’d be happy to provide you with the specific dates, but please understand that short-stay surcharges may apply. This will be explicitly stated in our offers.
Earliest check-in time: Usually from 4:00 p.m.; latest checkout is usually by 10:00 a.m.
