Das Penthouse ist einfach großartig. Die Lage und der Ausblick sind grandios. Es gibt nur 2 "Kleinigkeiten", die verbesserungswürdig sind.
Die hohe Stufe zur Terrasse wurde ja schon erwähnt. Ist aber auch wirklich eine "Hürde". Zudem fehlte es an Müsli Schalen. Es lediglich eine Schale vorhanden, die für ein Müsli Frühstück adäquat war. Die vorhandenen Glasschälchen waren dafür zu klein.
Ansonsten kommen wir sehr gerne wieder und werden das Penthouse gerne weiter empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Schön wäre wenn im Schlafzimmer Verdunkelungsrollos wären, und das Oberlicht zwischen Bad und Schlafzimmer eventuell abgeklebt wäre. Würden jederzeit diese Wohnung wieder buchen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Leider ist die Stufe zur Terrasse mit 27 cm zu hoch um ganz normal auf..

Sauberes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Objekt mit schöner Aussicht. Die Privatsphäre auf der Dachterasse ist leider eigeschränkt, ist aber Geschmackssache.
Da Preis und Leistung stimmen kann ich das Objekt trotzdem empfehlen.

Perfektes Penthouse mit hohem Erholungswert!
Wir waren jetzt zum 2ten Mal in dieser geschmackvoll und praktisch ausgestatteten Wohnung. Der "Aufstieg durch die lange Außentreppe erfordert etwas mehr Muskelkraft. Das ist eher ein Thema für die An-und Abreise, denn da muss Gepäck getragen werden. Man hat eine schöne Aussicht und kann sogar bis zur Ostsee schauen. Auch an Regentagen fühlt man sich durch die behagliche Atmosphäre in dieser Wohnung wohl. Praktisch ist auch der abschließbare Fahrradraum. Wir haben direkt wieder gebucht!
