Dear guests,
We would like to warmly recommend our tastefully furnished, air-conditioned holiday apartment in Torrevieja. The city of Torrevieja is located in Spain, Costa Blanca about 50 km from the city of Alicante (airport) in the province of Valencia. The special mild climate here, the salt lakes, the sea and the sun contribute to a healthy life and a relaxed atmosphere. You can walk to the beach from our apartment in about 5 to 7 minutes. There are also grocery stores, restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. On the promenade you can drink cocktails, eat delicious food in restaurants and enjoy the warm sun (20 to 25 degrees) in winter. Our holiday apartment is approx. 100 m2 in size with a balcony.
Our beautiful, newly furnished apartment is located about 450 m from Playa del Cura beach. It offers sea views and free WiFi in all areas. The apartment is on the 5th floor with elevator, with a large balcony and partial sea views. The air-conditioned apartment consists of 3 bedrooms. A bedroom with private bathroom and Smart TV and a living room with Smart TV, a new fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary kitchen utensils, with a refrigerator and a coffee machine and 2 bathrooms, 1 bathroom with a bidet and a shower cubicle and 1 bathroom with a bathtub. Towels and bed linen are provided to our guests in the apartment.
The deposit for the holiday apartment is Euro 150.00.
