Villa Elanna is a little gem in the middle of the green Istrian hills. It is located near Labin-Rabac and offers you everything you need for a successful summer vacation with the family. A quiet location, far away from the tourist hustle and bustle, yet close enough to the surrounding towns to enjoy some nice excursions.

As soon as you arrive at the villa, you will be magically drawn to the gorgeous 32m2 pool in the villa's garden. Refresh yourself in the cool turquoise water and relax on one of the sun loungers while the children swing or bounce on the trampoline. The covered terrace is the ideal place to spend time together. A charcoal barbecue is available for you to spoil your family with all kinds of delicacies from the grill. When you enter the interior of Villa Elanna, you will find a modern and bright living room and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. The two comfortable bedrooms with double beds are located on the same level. Both bedrooms have their own chic bathroom with shower - your own personal wellness area.

Enjoy your well-deserved vacation in the beautiful Villa Elanna and escape from everyday life! Labin is the historical and administrative center of eastern Istria. With its rich cultural and architectural heritage, the area is a paradise for history and art lovers. The steep, winding streets of the old town are home to well-preserved historic palaces and numerous art galleries and studios. Various jazz and classical music festivals take place in the summer months. The town offers several excellent fish restaurants with many local products on offer as well as many cozy cafés, ideal for enjoying the relaxed atmosphere. Labin's seaside resort is Rabac, once a fishing village and now a popular tourist destination, surrounded by heavenly pebble beaches. The east coast of Istria offers a variety of beaches and crystal clear sea. Along the unspoiled coast you will find quiet bays with gentle pebbles and rocks, surrounded by evergreen forests. With its numerous coastal and forest trails, this area is ideal for mountain biking, long relaxing hikes, horseback riding, but also as a starting point for excursions where you can discover magical Istria.

Die Villa ist ein Traum, es fehlt an nichts. Sie ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus und der Pool sind sehr sauber.Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Die Villa Elanna liegt ruhig im Hinterland am Anfang von einer Sackgasse. Nach Labin sind es ca. 20 Minuten. Das Haus ist sehr modern und gut eingerichtet. Alles wahr vorhanden, sogar Grillkohle und Anzünder. Wir hatten eine schöne ruhige und erholsame Woche. Das Haus würde ich wieder buchen. Top!

Super schönes und gepflegtes Haus und an Ausstattung hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben uns mit verschieden Kuchen, Käse, Schinken und Getränken begrüßt. Ich war sehr happy , dass mir bei meiner Autopanne hier sehr hilfsbereit geholfen wurde. Tolle Tipp für Location in der näheren Umgebung. Wir empfehlen die Villa zu 100% und würden auch wiederkommen.

Die Villa ist sehr ruhig gelegen; etwas abseits, aber nicht einsam.

Die Villa ist sehr ruhig gelegen; etwas abseits, aber nicht einsam. Sie ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Die wunderschöne Terrasse mit dem sehr sauberen Pool bietet einen tollen Blick in eine grüne Landschaft. Labin ist mit dem Auto in 15 Minuten zu erreichen und bietet alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten; kleinere Einkäufe kann man auch schon in geringerer Entfernung erledigen. Ein überraschend umfangreiches gastronomisches Angebot ist in rund 7 bis 10 Autominuten vorhanden. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben uns so wohlgefühlt, dass wir den nächsten Sommerurlaub hier schon gebucht haben :-)
