Villa Vlastelini II is the perfect place for your relaxing vacation and offers everything you can imagine - from gym to saunas, jacuzzi and pool. The villa is located near the beach, surrounded by beautiful nature. This stunning villa sleeps 10 guests in 5 beautifully furnished bedrooms.

On the top floor, at the entrance of the villa, there is a spacious living room stylishly furnished with designer furniture, TV, air conditioning and a modern wood-burning fireplace. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with dining room. Enjoy the view of the sea with a glass of Istrian Teran on the large terrace. The entire interior of the villa is modern, lovingly furnished with many interesting details. You can admire beautiful paintings in the hallway and find peace in the relaxed color harmony of the bedrooms. There are also two bedrooms here - one with a double bed and terrace and another with two single beds.

On the lower floor there are 3 bedrooms with double beds, SmartTV and en-suite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a beautiful view of the green panorama of the peninsula, which you can also enjoy on the 2 terraces with comfortable seating. Ideal for that first cup of coffee. Each room has a SmartTV and en-suite bathroom. As the villa is designed as a 'smart home', the room temperature is adjusted by an automatic heating and cooling system. Smart Home also includes energy saving, automatic lighting, and a code door opener.

On the first floor you will find everything you could possibly need to relax all your senses on a restful vacation. In the wellness area you will find a Finnish bio sauna and an infrared sauna and a waterbed to relax on. Right next door you will also find the Jacuzzi (for 5 people) and the spectacular 50 m2 pool with waterfall and lounge area with sun loungers.

If you want to stay fit on vacation or just like to exercise, there is a special, fully equipped fitness room at your disposal. The fitness room is located in a separate building right next to the villa and offers you space bikes, weight sets, an elliptical trainer and a treadmill. If you fancy some entertainment in the evening, there is also a room with a pool and a small kitchen in the same building, where you can also barbecue. Spend fantastic moments here with your family. Let yourself be enchanted by the Adriatic Sea and stroll to your beach entrance with boat mooring. Masseur and private chef are available on request with additional fee.Villa Vlastelini II is located on a small, picturesque peninsula 5 km away from Labin where many local restaurants, cozy cafes and stores are waiting for you. The towns nearby are small but romantic and beautiful. Where the green hills to the east meet the sea and nature and cultural heritage merge together are Labin and Rabac. The town of Labin is also known as an artist's paradise. If you like art and history, this is the place for you. Enjoy walks in the interesting alleys of this medieval town and visit art studios, museums and beautiful palaces. In summer, you can also visit various classical and jazz music festivals. Since Labin is located on a hill, you can enjoy the beautiful view of Rabac from the XVII century church tower - the highest point of the town. Rabac is a pleasant tourist town, a former fishing village known for its culinary specialties (especially fish dishes and shrimps) and charming beaches. If you also want to discover a bit more of Istria, visit one of the beautiful towns with rich history and amazing art heritage - Pazin (40 km), Pula (50 km) and Opatija (60 km).
