Villa Nezakcij is a cute little villa near Pula that offers the perfect accommodation for smaller groups. The villa has 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms and can accommodate up to 5+1 people in total. The villa consists of an open plan living room with a modern and well-equipped kitchen and dining area. Two of the three bedrooms have a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the third has a single bed and a separate bathroom. The outdoor area is the highlight of Villa Nezakcij. In front of the villa is a large private pool, which invites you to take a refreshing dip, or you can relax on the comfortable sun loungers while reading your favorite book. The villa is fully fenced and has a large lawn area where your children can let off steam. Just a few steps away from the villa is a charcoal barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals and serve them to your family in the covered outdoor dining area. The villa is ideal for families looking for a relaxing vacation surrounded by nature, and the picturesque little village of Valtura is known for its rich cultural and historical heritage dating back to Roman times. The most important archaeological site, Nezakcij, is located only 2 km from Valtura and is a popular destination for archaeologists. It is an ideal place for nature lovers, as well as for those who want to relax away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life,

yet at the same time be close to the center of entertainment. Sports and adventure enthusiasts have a huge variety of summer and water sports activities on the nearby coast at their disposal, such as windsurfing, diving and sailing, as well as horseback riding, hunting and panoramic flights more inland. For an even richer choice of leisure activities and tourist amenities, the magnificent Medulin Riviera, as well as the wonderful architectural sights and cultural events of Pula are just a few minutes' drive away. A great place and great host.

A great place and great host. Perfectly cleaned and maintained. A bit short on kitchen equipments for cooking for 5 people (take a big saucepan with you). Also great if you have bicycles or for a walk to the village. The large shaded terrace is fantastic. The single cooling system is good enough for the house. I recommend and we will come back if you did not book it already ;-)

A great place and great host. Perfectly cleaned and maintained. A bit short on kitchen equipments for cooking for 5 people (take a big saucepan with you). Also great if you have bicycles or for a walk to the village. The large shaded terrace is fantastic. The single cooling system is good enough for the house if you open all the doors. WiFi doesn't work well when the provided 4G box is inside home, easily fixed if you place it outside towards W-SW (you can reach 8Mbits upload). We recommend and will come back ;-)

Sehr ruhige und abgelegene Lage, zu Fuß ist ein kleiner Markt ca. 15 geh Minuten. Vermieter hat uns Freundlich empfangen. In das Haus durften wir schon früher als 16uhr rein, was wir sehr Positiv aufnahmen & happy darüber waren.Was uns nicht so gefallen hat, war Tagtäglich der abgestandene Geruch im Haus, trotz Lüften usw. ! In der Waschmaschine war abgestandenes Wasser, was auch ziemlich einen miesen Geruch hervorgerufen hat. Es gab keine Auflagen für die Liegen & 2 Liegen sind-waren beschädigt. Sonnenschirm gab es leider auch keinen, was vom Vorteil gewesen wäre, aber wir haben uns dann anders zu helfen gewusst.
