For cosy get-togethers, the stylish living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa area and a TV (cable TV). The large dining table offers plenty of space to spend quality time together over meals or fun game nights.

The holiday rental’s modern kitchen offers every convenience for self-catering—including a stove with oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, an additional drink refrigerator, and various small appliances.

Enjoy wonderful sunbathing on the beautiful south-facing balcony, complete with fresh North Sea air! You’re guaranteed to experience dreamlike moments of relaxation here. You can access the apartment’s balcony from both the living room and the two lower bedrooms.

Three separate bedrooms in the “Caprasse” holiday rental on Juist offer pleasant spaces to retreat to, even when travelling with a group. The two bedrooms on the lower floor are each furnished with a double bed. In the attic, there is a cosy, bright studio with a double bed for two additional guests.

The holiday rental features two large bathrooms with natural light. One has two sinks, a bidet, a toilet, and a shower; the other has a sink, a toilet, and a shower. A washing machine and dryer are available in a basement that belongs to the apartment.

The family-friendly amenities make the holiday rental particularly attractive for families with children. A cot and a high chair are included as standard equipment.

Our holiday apartments in the “Juist Zauber 2” building are centrally located. Both the beach and the town centre are just a few minutes away. In addition to numerous beach chairs, the beach offers an extensive sports programme featuring beach volleyball, fitness, gymnastics, sailing, and surfing. A stroll through the town centre pairs perfectly with a break at one of the cosy cafés. Enjoying a hot coffee or tea here in the fresh North Sea air relaxes both body and soul.
