Welcome to our brand new, beautifully furnished 2 bed, 2 bath patio villa with golf cart in the Village of Edenfield! This is a true Florida styled home! You will be conveniently located in the southern end of The Villages, just a 5 minute golf cart ride to the newest town center of Eastport and Olympia Recreation Center. The beautiful French Riviera themed St. Tropez recreation center with resort style family pool and gaming room is just a short walk from the home. There are also 2 adult pools just a 2 minute golf cart ride down the street. The kitchen is inviting and fully stocked with everything needed to entertain or make a delicious meal just for two. There are folding chairs to take with you to enjoy a night of music at one of the town centers. Grab the paddles/balls for a game of pickleball. Play a round of golf at one of the many nearby executive, championship and pitch and putt courses. Have your coffee and say hello to neighbors from the front porch, or just have fun exploring all that it is to live the Villager Lifestyle!
