From this centrally located and affordable accommodation, you can quickly reach the city centre, the train station, and the highway interchange. Your room has a private bathroom and a small breakfast nook with a coffee maker and electric kettle. For those who prefer to cook for themselves, we’re happy to offer accommodation with a kitchen. The view from the window overlooks the courtyard. The bed, with a sleeping surface of 140x200, is designed for 1–2 people; the mattress is medium-firm. A sleeper sofa is available as an additional sleeping option. The bathroom is wheelchair-accessible, and the entire accommodation is suitable for wheelchair users with minor limitations. We consider ourselves a serviced apartment provider for longer stays and are not a hotel that offers daily housekeeping. For stays of 8 days or more, regular interim cleanings with linen changes are included, and use of the washing machine and dryer is available by arrangement for a small fee of 2.50 euros each.
We provide a small starter pack of consumables; after that, you’ll need to provide your own supplies. Supermarkets are just a few minutes’ walk away.
Covered parking spaces are limited and cost 7 euros per night (5 euros for stays of 28 days or more). A maximum of one small dog is allowed as a pet upon request; it should sleep in its own basket, which you must bring with you. The cleaning fee will then increase by 25 euros. Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire building.
