Private: terrace (70 m2), garden furniture. Linen change daily. Towel change daily. Room cleaning daily. Footpath (4 steps) to the house. Parking (for 2 cars). Shop, grocery, restaurant, bar, bakery, café 500 m, bus stop 150 m, railway station "Perpignan" 15 km, sandy beach 300 m, diving center 20 km, outdoor swimming pool 8 km, indoor swimming pool 8 km. Sports harbour 2 km, golf course (18 hole) 15 km, riding stable 1 km. Nearby attractions: Canet Plage 8 km, Perpignan 15 km, Collioure 30 km, Espagne 35 km, Barcelone 200 km, Andorre 180 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Villeneuve de la Raho 20 m, St Jean Pla de Corts 40 km, Gorges du Gouleyrous 42 km. Please note: car recommended. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency INTERHOME in Canet, 8 km.

Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm), electric heater. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), electric heater. Sep. WC. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
