Apartment 'Le Colombera - Ideal for Sports Enthusiasts' with Mountain View and Balcony

Located at the entrance of the village, this welcoming studio with mezzanine accommodates 4 to 6 guests and offers private outdoor parking. The open-plan kitchen connects to a living room with a fireplace and a convertible sofa bed. A bathroom with shower and toilet is on the ground floor. Upstairs on the mezzanine, you will find a double bed, two bunk beds (perfect for children), and a travel cot for a baby. A small balcony completes the space.



In winter, you have easy and quick access to the Limone ski slopes in Italy, though there may be some waiting time at the tunnel due to roadworks. You can also enjoy Casterino with its cross-country ski trails and mountain hikes, as well as Mercantour National Park and the Vallée des Merveilles.



In summer, the sea and the beaches of Menton and Ventimiglia are just an hour away, Monaco in about an hour and a quarter, and Nice in an hour and a half. The Italian Riviera is also nearby, along with Mercantour Park, its Vallée des Merveilles, and stunning landscapes.



Many cultural (cinema, museum) and sports activities (climbing, hiking, via ferrata, rafting, canyoning, etc.) are available nearby. The studio is close to shops, restaurants, and public services such as the town hall and tourist office.
