Modern, comfortable villa "Par 4 Villa 9 with Pool Salobre". In the centre of Salobre Golf Resort, on the outskirts Maspalomas 5 km, outside the resort Meloneras 7 km, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position. Private: garden (fenced) with lawn 80 m2, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 140 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Barbecue. In the house: sun terrace, air conditioning. Parking on the premises, public parking on the road. Shop 4 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 200 m, bus stop "Las Crucitas" 19 km, sandy beach 10 km. Golf course (18 hole) 50 m. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Airfield 40 km from the property. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
