A stunning two bedroom/2 floor Condo in Chatel, Portes de Soleil
This stunning two bedroom condo/chalet is situated just 500 meters away from the centre of the popular ski / summer mountain resort of Chatel with the ski bus stopping directly outside our door! The Chalet is well equipped, comprising of a fabulous open plan living room with fireplace, dining room & a fully equipped kitchen. The ground floor also has a toilet, cloak closet and a washing machine. Upstairs there is a bathroom with bath and shower, a separate toilet and two double bedrooms. Each bedroom has a king-size bed which can be split into two singles, a built-in wardrobe and it's own balcony with stunning views looking straight up the valley towards Linga. The chalet has a well kept garden with a private patio and veranda; we provide garden furniture and a dining set for use in summer months. In winter we provide wood for the fire and there is a dedicated ski / bike room located at the buildings entrance. The chalet has private, off street parking.
Our changeover day is on the Saturday during peak seasons. During the low seasons we can offer flexible changeover days. Our agent who holds our keys is located close by and will meet and greet you upon your arrival to show you around. They are there to help you during your stay as well as organise your linen hire if needed. When you stay with us, we hope that you will keep it tidy. The cleaner will be in after you depart to prepare the apartment for the next guest. There is so much to see and do in the area of the Portes de Soleils both in the summer and in the winter. We hope that you will come stay and benefit from the breathtaking views whilst enjoying your apres ski or to soak up some sunshine after your daily summer adventure.

It was a nice chalet with everything you will need. Châtel is a really nice location and if you prefer it quiet, you should go in autumn. There are a lot of nice hikes around this area.
We have stayed here many times and always enjoy our visit. Cosy but plenty of room for 4, ideal location with all the facilities you could wish for. Excellent again.
Great Apartment, Just the right size for two Adults and Two teenagers. Great location close enough to the centre for a pleasant walk into the village but far enough to be quiet. Loved the real fire great after a long day skiing. Great views of the valley.

Lovely alpine apartment
Comfortable , spacious apartment with lovely sunny views. Within easy walk to the town but in a quiet area. Would thoroughly recommend
We are not for the first time in this beautiful chalet and every time we enjoyed staying there. The chalet is very comfortable and located very well in a very quiet street. The chalet is equipped with everything you may need for your holiday. We will definitely returned back.
When you arrive in the chalet you immediately feel at home. There is everything you need to spend a relaxing family holiday. The kitchen is well equipped and there are plenty of guides and maps to get you going to climb those beautiful mountains. Thank you to Beth and her family for letting us stay in this very welcoming chalet. The views from the balcony are stunning. I hope to return regularly. All the best from Claire

We loved the chalet – the location is so convenient, and the views superb. The parking and access were all very easy. There was no one else in the building all week, so it was very quiet, but the way it is arranged makes it quite private anyway.
The chalet is very well equipped with good quality utensils etc. We always bring our own kitchen knives, but we didn’t need them this year. The décor and furnishings were all very tasteful. The lounge was better than it appears in the photos due to the new corner sofa.
A great place to stay - the photos don't do it justice. We would love to return for a summer or winter holiday.
Heerlijk ruim appartement. Het was supermooi weer dus na het skiën lekker buiten in de zon gezeten. Er zijn 2 ruime slaapkamers, 2 wc's, een goed uitgeruste keuken. De eettafel is met 4 volwassenen aan de krappe kant maar het ging wel dus geen probleem. Goeie ligging, de bus stopt voor de deur en via een app kun je live zien wanneer de bus komt. 'S ochtends ging ik altijd te voet vers brood halen (10 minuten heen, 10 minuten terug). Een aanrader!
Le chalet est bien équipé, très propre et fonctionnel. Il se situe à la fois au calme et proche des commerces locaux. Nousavons passé un agréable séjour. A refaire.
bien situé, dans un cadre verdoyant sans vis à vis, logement exposé Sud/Est, avec des pièces agréables, bien distribuées. Bien équipé, tout y est prévu dans le moindre détail. Balcons pour chaque chambre, terrasse pour le séjour. Le responsable du gîte est discret et disponible. Tout pour y faire un très bon séjour.
Wir haben unseren Skiurlaub hier verbracht. Das Apartment befindet sich in zentraler Lage und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Skibus hält direkt vor dem Haus und man kann so super in das große Skigebiet Port du Soleil einsteigen. Der Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin und dem Verwalter war überaus freundlich und unkompliziert.

Bel appartement, fonctionnel, bien équipé pour quatre adultes. Nous avons profité pleinement de la terrasse puisque le soleil était au rendez vous.
Le gîte est bien situé, pas loin de la boulangerie et des commerces, proche des télécour partir en randonnée ou aller au centre ville prendre les télécabines, dîner et profiter d'une balade digestive pour le retour.
Petit point négatif
Gite bien aménagé et équipé. Nombreux rangements. Terrasse et balcons très agréables. A 10/12 minutes pied du centre village et à l'écart du bruit de l'animation estivale. Grâce au multi pass, accès aux nombreux équipements pour accéder aux sommets et faire de superbes balades. Donne envie de revenir !!.

What makes this property unique
Although we are considered a Condo, we offer a very unique set up. There are 4 units in the Neige et Soleil and no 2 interior walls touch one another. All our balconies, outside terrace and garden are private. Our closest neighbor is at a distance through some thick trees so you really do feel like you have the mountain side to yourself. The views are truly outstanding!
